Pass the cheese board please..........

It's funny how your tastes change. At one time I would never eat cheese - not even in a sandwich. Slowly I have graduated from eating a small amount of grated cheddar, to where I am today where, like the best cheeses, my taste buds have matured. I now enjoy anything from a mild brie to a stilton or roquefort. I quite often make a goats cheese and walnut salad and one of my favourite dishes is tartiflette made with reblochon cheese. Yummee! So you would think that I would own a cheeseboard - but no. That's why I have been looking to buy one. The ceramic L'Atelier Du Vin cheese ring (above) is well worth a look, with a lip around the top to keep the cheeses from sliding off and a shallow depression for strained cheeses like Feta or even for pickle.

L'Atelier Du Vin Foldable Cheese Cover

I also found this great cheese cover from Du Vin. When not in use it folds flat and buttons up for easy storage. Great (forgive the pun) for protecting cheese, cakes or other foods.
