The French House Marais Table Lamp - Gorgeous French Style

Now for a stunning, chic and trendy lamp named after the Marais district of Paris. Some things however are not as they first appear. Despite the apparent yellow gold colour of this table lamp  made exclusively for  The French House, it is surprising to find that it is in fact made from nickel - a silver colour. It was just a trick of the light!

Why do they call this a ghost mirror? Is it because the French designer Philippe Starck has seen the way I look first thing in the morning without my make up? Is it because with its transparent frame you cannot see it until it is too late and you jump as you catch your own reflection? I love the mirror but I think I shall put a pretty flower in a vase in front of it so that it doesn't catch me unawares!
