A chest of drawers, a bedside table or even a trunk. Most of us need a place at the side of the bed for a lamp, alarm clock and perhaps a cherished photo. Bedside tables are very popular but usually have limited storage space with a drawer and a shelf. Even with three drawers, there is only enough room to put a few "smalls". A chest of drawers obviously has more storage room but can be too large and cumbersome at the side of the bed, even if you are lucky enough to have the space to put it there. There is however an alternative - this lovely "bedside chest of drawers" either in weathered oak or hand-painted in linen grey (as shown above).
